• Step 1: After your initial consultation and signing of our engagement letter, we will begin contacting our pre-vetted candidates, create personalized job posts that will attract the right prospects, and search our many resume databases. 

• Step 2: Applicants will apply directly through us. Our recruiters will analyze the pool of candidates, identify the top applicants, administer cognitive/personality assessments, and conduct phone or videoconference interviews. 

• Step 3: After identifying the three to five best candidates, we will forward you their resumes and interview videos.

• Step 4: Upon acceptance of the candidate, we will bill you for payment.
