  • Pricing Model Development. Wrap Rates, FBLR (Fully Burdened Labor Rates), Service Contract Act (SCA) Rates, Professional Rates. Final pricing is reviewed by a former Federal Contracting Officer. 

  • Compliance Review. Final proposals are reviewed by a former Federal Contracting Officer for compliance against solicitation requirements.
